Hi,

Make sure you have Custom APN in your Mobile configuration. You can find it on your operator website or just if you ask them directly for it.

If you're already using APN provided by the operator then please generate the troubleshoot file and send it to me via private message.

Hi,

I seem to have this problem in that the router shows connected to 4g via my Three sim, but when devices connect to the router it shows no internet/unable to connect to server.

I’m afraid I’m not great with tech so hopefully you can help in simple terms.
