Hi,

Status --> Network -->Wan

provides me that Wan port is green, but Wan is in failover:

https://ibb.co/F6Wfn1R

From CLI port Wan Up is False

root@Teltonika-RUT240:~# ifstatus wan

{

"up": false,

"pending": true,

"available": true,

"autostart": true,

"dynamic": false,

"proto": "dhcp",

"device": "eth1",

"data": {

}

}

The Rut240 is remotely installed and connected to internet using mobile, being accessible using a Vpn.

Could you please clarify why Wan port is green even if it is on mobile backup and the command

ifstatus wan returns "up": false ?

tks

Hello,

Are you sure there is no ethernet cable connected to the routers WAN port? Also, I noticed you are using fairly old firmware version RUT2XX_R_00.01.04.1 which could have few issues. I strongly recommend updating your device firmware version to the latest one RUT2XX_R_00.01.12.3. You can download the latest firmware by following this link: https://wiki.teltonika-networks.com/view/RUT240_Firmware_Downloads

Let me know if the issue persists.

Regards.
