hello I have an old version of the RUT955 router. has been connected to LTE for a long time, sometimes it gave connection defects but of short duration, for about a week the connection has been permanently lost. I tried to update the firmware with no results. The sim is active and working on the phone and also on an identical router connected to the same antennas. is it possible that the LTE module has failed?

I forgot: it receives and sends sms, but does not generate diagnostic sms

Hello,

Regarding your issue would it be possible to send me a copy of the troubleshoot file of the device? The device must be turned on for around 5 to 10 mins before taking the troubleshoot file to get all the required information.
