TRB140 booting but 4G modem not working after firmware update

Hi am,

We have two brand new TRB140's which we received and updated the firmware on. After the update there is no modem firmware showing on the status page and I am unable to get any cellular reception or connectivity.

Hello,

Does it show your modem firmware version under System > Firmware page? Also, are you using auto or custom APN settings? It is highly recommended to use custom APN that you can set by navigating Network > Interfaces > Edit mobile interface > Turn Auto APN slider off and select custom. You can browse the internet to find your operator APN or contact your service provider to give you one.
