Hi,

We have our own LTE network at the site.
We have some difficulties to achieve connection between two RUT955 using RS485.
Both of our RUT955's have a sim card which have static IP's from the same private network segment, let's say like 10.10.10.0/24
Just read your conf example: https://wiki.teltonika-networks.com/view/Bidirectional_communication_between_two_serial_devices_over_TCP/IP
it says "Server address is other routers IP, in this example we are using Public IPs, it also works with Private IPs if routers are in same LAN"
What is wrong with private addresses to not to be used in mobileWAN side?

Hello,

Even if it looks like that your SIM cards are from the same subnet, they still have private IP's and cannot see each other by any means. For example, in the world, there are thousands of SIM cards that have the same private IP as your SIM cards. They are not connected directly by wire and when they access the internet they get NAT'ed IP's so they are not in the same LAN

Regards.

But we have our own LTE core devices and so on, nothing to do with internet or ISP's. That's called private LTE network. And about  those sim cards, they can see each other....I can traceroute between them in our own network, there is not a single connection to outer world.

Can you ping each other SIM card IP address when they are inserted in our devices?

Yes I can ping them.
And traceroute shows only one hop between them.
Firewalls allow all.
