Hi, since setting up my RUT240 in Italy and now back in the UK can't get RMS access.

Worked okay when I set it up but can't seem to access it now.

Any help much appreciated - Stephen

Hello,

Some RMS updates were implemented over the end of last week and the beginning of this week. But it should be done now to my knowledge. Can you access the router now? If not, can you tell me the router's serial number?

Yes I read that on the board, so was hoping that might be the issue but I'm still unable to connect. The serial number is 1000967101
