Hello, i have Rut240 router and i am struggling on changing wlan0 MAC address.

I tried using CLI commands like dev set wlan0 adrr xxx.xxx

or ifconfig wlan0 hw eth xxx.xxx

The MAC does change when calling on ifconfig, but after change there is no WIFI connection. I also tried downloading some MAC changers and connecting with putty, put that did no good. I also tried overriding mac logged in user interface, but the interted went down! Why is there no internet for me when i change MAC?

Hello,

You can change the MAC address via the WebUI. Go to Network -> WAN and click Edit WiFi (WAN). Go to Advanced Settings and in the Override MAC address field enter your MAC address.
