I have just started using the RMS system, I have one unit that should be live(and was yesterday) I can ping the modem and it responds but it is not showing as connected in the RMS - what am I doing wrong ?

Hello,

Could you check RMS settings in your router: System > Administration > RMS. The connection type always has to be set to enabled:

Also, try to remove your device from RMS and add it again. It should not disconnect out of nowhere.
