Hi,

First of all, please try to keep such information as your serial number and MAC out of public forums, this is sensitive information that belongs to you only. I took care of your serial number and masked it.

Second of all, it looks like someone or maybe you already registered the device on the RMS platform, but as it is not activated or anything - I unregistered it and now you should be able to register it on your account.
