Hi

On RUT950 I have single SIM as WAN connection and a PC connected to LAN.

NAT and specified APN is configured for SIM.

Problem:

- I keep losing the internet connection even though Mobile network and signal strength is good.

- The Internet connection automatically comes back and then gets lost again every minute or so

I tried from CLI to PING 8.8.8.8 (google DNS) and let it ran for a while. Result shows 70% packet loss. Why?

Hi,

Please try these options below:

• Update your router to the latest firmware version.
• Check if your LAN cable is alright. Try another one. Or try WiFi connection while pinging.
• If you have any other SIM - try it and check if your connection is still unstable.
• Lastly, reset your router fully to defaults without keeping the settings.
