Hello,

For the usage of AT commands on the said device you may refer to this link: https://wiki.teltonika-networks.com/view/AT_Commands#AT_command_usage

If  you want to use the TRB142 as console mode you can do it on Services RS232 then set the mode to console and via putty console you will be able to access the device. You may refer to this link for more information: https://wiki.teltonika-networks.com/view/TRB142_RS232#Console

Also you will be needing this kind of cable in order to make it work: https://www.tripplite.com/rs232-to-usb-serial-adapter~U209005COM

Hope it helps.

Hello,

For that i haven't been able to test that kind of cable. Currently i am using this kind of cable RS232 to USB Cable

So i recommend testing it on your side first :) If you need some help feel free to ask.

I cannot use a USB port.

If it does not work with a normal RS232 cable why have RS232 out?

Hello,

You can get more information about that on this link: https://wiki.teltonika-networks.com/view/TRB142_RS232
You just need to check the wiring configuration of the cable you are going to buy.
