I have two RUT240 routers connected via OpenVPN TUN, each has a computer connected to it.

Can I run a udp multicast stream from one computer to the other one?

If this can't be done with OpenVPN I can use other VPN protocols.

In theory, it should work, but I, personally, did not try anything similar.

Though, I made some research and found people with achievable solutions similar to yours:

In the end, I believe it should work, but you should also carry in mind that RUT240 is not the most powerful device and it's HW capabilities might be too weak for such load.
