My RUT955 with sim card connection works when we test it at the office but not when we are installing it later with the same configuration. The status is "searching" for the provider. If we try the same sim card on the phone there's no problem. All settings are default. It's the same problem for several of the RUT955 we have bought. What can I do to try to solve it?

Hello,

It would be great if you could replicate the issue you are currently having, then access router's WebUI, go to SYSTEM > ADMINSTRATION > TROUBLESHOOT section, download troubleshoot file from there and send it to me via private message.

Hello!

I actually solved it by using all of the antennas on the router. Found the answer in another forum. I thought it was one antenna per sim card at first.
