Hello,
until a month ago, remote access worked without problems. Nothing was changed in the installation. If I now access the link "Device access", the window "Remote ..." remains empty, followed by the messages "Guacamole client stoped" and later "timeout".

Could you please send me your serial number of the device via private message? Also please change the password to something I can use so I could test everything myself.

Is there an update on this problem? We are currently experiencing the same issues on our devices (RUT240 and RUT950).

Update: I may have found the cause of the problem. I think that because there is a new interface the protocol of the devices listed in access was not set to http or https. When I removed the access and recreated them (this time with the protocol http or https) it worked again.
