Hello!

I accidentially added a credit-code with 10 credits to wrong login, I try to move it but it will not work.

How can I move credits from one email (user) to another?

From Company id #25125 to #23406?

I had a little emergency so I tried to register a new account to get to my router that had got a new ip, and I was out of credits and no shop delivered online, and I thought I could temporarily add my modem to the new account and get a new free startup just to get the new ip, but that didn't work. =) And when I got the credit code I accidentally added it to the wrong account.

Wrong account: stiffe@teknikbolaget.se

Right account: stefan@teknikbolaget.se

Hi,

First of all, I would need to confirm your identity and that these accounts belong to you. Please private message me anything that could reference that these accounts are yours (device registered under one or another company name and account, or the code you used to redeem the credits).
