Hello,

When Load Balancing is selected, I assign ratio values to mobile interfaces. In this case MOB2 appears Offline on the secondary modem although they are connected to the Internet. Physically, when I plug the sim card in the secondary modem into the primary, it is online. In other words, a SIM card I have does not work when the load balancing feature is active on the secondary modem. What could be the reason for this?

Hi there.  I'm having exactly the same issue.  RTX12, Firmware RUTX_R_00.02.06

The secondary modem is saying that it is connected and registered, but when I go to the load balancing section the status is "offline".  Any guidance on how to fix this would be much appreciated!

Okay, could you update the firmware of the device to the latest 02.05.1 and reset it without keeping the settings on?

Then try setting up Load Balancing again and see if anything changes.

Hi,

This worked for me.

https://community.teltonika-networks.com/26803/load-balancing-on-rtux12-offline-status-firmware-rutx_r_00?show=26803#q26803

Make the 2nd modem to disable auto APN and manually select the APN.

Hope it helps.
