I have a recurring issue - after the RUT240 fails over to a WAN connection, the dynamic dns is not updated. I have the dyndns update IP interval set to 10 minutes and force dns update at 24 hours. Is this a known bug?  or am I missing something?  Surely a failover should trigger an update or at the very least be updated after 10 minutes?

Hi,

What dynDNS service are you using and what's the firmware version?

Hi,

I've tried it with noip.com and it successfully updated my IP address on a failover.

Please check if your Dynamic DNS service supports the failover feature or use something else to test it.

Have a nice day.

I have been advised by Teltonika that this has been recognised as a bug and a fix inlcuded in the 13.1 firmware. I have yet to test.
