Is there a timeout on network reconnection - TRB145

In my location telecom network signal is low. Sometimes TRB145 stops sending and never sends data anymore unless restarted. Is there a network timeout setting in TRB145 which I can change so that device keeps trying to latch on to the network and sends data whenever network connection is established?
