how do i go about getting it repaired i brought it used off someone and can't get in touch with them

Hi,

I believe there's nothing much I can help you with. As you bought the device not from an official reseller or us directly - there is no way we can accept it to RMA procedure. Your best chance here would be trying to get in touch with the person who sold you the device or fixing it yourself.
