RMS RUT950 private static ip

Hi,

i have a RUT950 , i try to connect to RMS, but gets stuck on "connection", the SIM have a static private IP address , failover is disabled , and i use google dns, but the router doesn't want to connect, someone can help me ?

If you still cannot add the device to the RMS, please send me a private message with your device serial number, MAC, and your company name in the system.
