RUT950 LAN 1 always showing active

i am having issues with my RUT950.

Lan 1 is always showing as active. connecting  over the other lan ports is his and miss. i can connet fine one  minute then the link goes. the only way to get a stable connection is to use the wifi. which is not an option.  i have updated the firmware and bootloader. but LAN 1 is still lit all the time and im not able to use it.

Any help  would be great

Hi,

It seems like you have faulty hardware. In this case, I would recommend returning the device as faulty to your reseller or if you're the reseller - fill out the RMA form and contact your sales manager.
