My devise is registered on the RMS but is not active.  

This is both evident in the RMS and as stated on 192.168.1.1 : Connection Failure (Device is not registered in RMS.....)

Please advise.

Hello,

Could you check what firmware device is currently using try upgrading to the latest firmware. 

Check if you have enough credits available on your RMS account and service is activated for the said device.  

Or please try to disable then enable RMS in the device WEBUI.
