Dear community,

I'm using a RUTX08 FW RUTX_R_00.02.01.1 for a test setup.

LAN conf:
172.16.1.1/16
WAN conf:
DHCP (given IP: 192.168.1.6/24)

Portforewarding from any IP in WAN, TCP port 80 to 172.16.1.3:80 (a webserver, that works fine).

If I type in my browser (client from WAN side, IP:192.168.1.7/24) http://192.168.1.6 I get a "unreachable".

If I set up the WAN to other subnet address (never mind what) its working.

Whats up?

Many thanks for reading this threat.

Update:

I can reproduce this issue with two of my RUTX08 from stock.

I tested with all available firmware versions from Teltonika.

RUTX_R_00.01.06
RUTX_R_00.02.00.1
RUTX_R_00.02.00.2
RUTX_R_00.02.01.1
RUTX_R_00.02.03.1
RUTX_R_00.02.03.4
RUTX_R_00.02.04.1
RUTX_R_00.02.04.3
RUTX_R_00.02.05.1

Allways the same behavior.

Is it a bug?

Hello!

Try enabling HTTP remote access (port 80). You can do this by going to WebUI -> System -> Administration -> Access Control and turn on "Enable remote HTTP access". Then press "Save & Apply" button.

Hi Aliaksandr,

thanks for your answer. But I dont want to give access to the Router WebUI from WAN side.

I only need the portforewarding to work with 192.168.1.0/24 at WAN side.

Greetings
