I have a RUT955 and was wondering if there was anyway to read the GPS coordinates via Modbus as I have a PLC attached serially to the RUT?

I need this data to be able to provide the address location on a local HMI in ASCII. No mapping required.

Can this be done in the RUT955, please?

Hello,

If I understand correctly, you want to read RUT955 GPS coordinates when RUT955 is in slave mode? If that is the case then you can read latitude, longitude coordinates, GPS fix time, date and time, speed, and other parameters. Is it possible for the RUT955 to provide the reverse GeoCode process to calculate the address from the Lat and Long coordinates, or will I need to do this elsewhere?
