Hi,

Have you followed this wiki during the configuration of your IPSec? https://wiki.teltonika-networks.com/view/IPsec_configuration_examples

If yes and you still have troubles pinging your end devices - try renewing DHCP leases (you can do that by disconnecting the device from the router by unplugging the cable).

Hi EB, thanks for you kind response. I followed configuration https://wiki.teltonika-networks.com/view/IPsec_configuration_examples. Even renew DHCP leases, it still cannot ping to end device. Do any other setting need to apply? Thanks

Does your end devices have a firewall that could block ICMP? Please try shutting the firewall off on those devices and see if that makes any difference.

Hi All, I found out IPSEC setup only can ping from my local terminal to remote terminal via cmd. However according to menu, I shall able to ping from CLI (RUT) also and it doesn't not. Can anyone fix this? Thanks
