After I changed the LAN IP address the RUT950 went offline from RMS so I can no longer access it.

I've changed its LAN IP address on previous occasions and it has not lost RMS connectivity.

Can anyone advise why this has happened and how to restore RMS connectivity?

Hi,

First of all, check if there are no other devices under that new LAN IP that you've set on your router. If no - follow this to restore the connection.

1. Unregister your device from RMS.

2. Register it back again.

3. If connection isn't brought back up again - send SMS or access device physically to reboot it.
