Question

I have a new RUT and want to setup through wifi - but in the manual the password is not written - when i try with default password admin01 its not possible as this has to be at least 8 characters long.

Does anyone now the right password for connecting on wifi?

Hi,

Wifi password is not specified. You must go to Wireless configuration to see the default password of the device or change it.

Thank you, but according to the RUT (240) manual - I should be able to connect wirelessly on the initial setup? As the LAN Ip is fixed, I need to have a computer without existing LAN in order to setup a matching ip - is that wrilly the case?

On RUT240 you should see the label with serial, IMEI, LAN MAC and so on. Under those, you should see wifi SSID and wifi password.

Only these are specified before configuring the device.
