Hi,

RS485 interface is enabled but after rebooting or power on TRB145 serial interface is not responding. 

I must in web panel switch off and then switch on RS485 - then serial works. 

Firmware:TRB1_R_00.02.05.2, Batch no: 001

Hello!

Do you have the opportunity to send a part of the log file where the device will be turned off / on? Or troubleshoot a file?

Have you noticed this behavior of this device only on this firmware? Or have similar cases occurred before?

Thank you for reply.

This is my first experience with this device. We are planning using this devices in industrial reading energy meters with RS485 interface.

After first run TRB145 I updated firmware to the newest version.

I did not check this behavior on previous firmware. I have second TRB145 device in box so I'll try RS485 on firmware out of box.

Tomorrow I'll send files log from updated firmware device.

Hello,

First device with firmware TRB1_R_00.02.05.2 (batch no:001)

- removed sim card

- reset to default settings

- device connected directly via USB to computer

- enabled RS485

- RS485 working

- reboot device

- look in web panel - RS485 is switched on but RS485 not working

- troubleshot file generated

- power off

- power on

- RS485 still not working

Second device with firmware out of box: TRB1450_R_00.01.06.1  9 (batch no.002)

- connected and configured as above

- RS485 works properly after reboot

- RS485 works also properly after power off/power on TRB145

I downgraded to firmware TRB14X_R_00.02.03.2 - RS485 works after reboot and power on TRB145

I upgrade to TRB1_R_00.02.05.1 - don't work

next to TRB1_R_00.02.04.3 - works

I will stay on firmware TRB1_R_00.02.04.3
