Hello, after registered 5 new Rut240, I have to register a Rut955 that is an Amazon warehouse. In the device page, I can read "Failure (Error: Expired license.)" The rms portal doesn't accept the device without any error displayed.  It is possible that first owner has registered to Rms portal and then we can't  register to our profile? Could you please help us?

Hi,

Have you got credits available to register and monitor those devices? The expired license would mean that the device is not assigned a credit to do its basic functions in RMS.
