Since a few weeks already I've been having issues with 10 out of 11 RUTX-09. I use them to have my ledprocessors online, and I can see them in a list on a webpage. Until a few weeks ago they have been green the whole time, but now they appear grey (offline) mos tof the time. Exept for one. All the modems are located in the same 1km², all the settings are the same, alle SIM cards are from the same provider.

I can acces the mini pc 's connect to them, but I regularly kicked out because Teamviewer says the client is offline. After some time (sometimes 1 minute, sometimes 15) the system is back online.

In the Teltonika logs I cannot find a clear explanation for this. Sometimes it shows mobile data disconnecte but not enaough to explain the connection issues.

Hi,

Seems your issue can be related to signal strength or signal quality.

You can monitor the mobile signal strengh in the WebUI. Go to Status --> Realtime data --> Mobile signal

https://wiki.teltonika-networks.com/view/RUTX09_Realtime_Data#Mobile_Signal

Also, we suggest to use these recommendations to get a good quality signal.

Nevertheless, are you using the last released firmware? you can check it and upgrade with this link.

Please let us know if this info was useful to you, if the issue won't be solved, please let us know to find another ways to solve it.

Regards.

Hello, thank you for your answer.
Here's mine:

All the devices are updated (some were already) to the latest FW.
It is not a connection problem, it is just really slow. So slow apparently that the ledprocessor can 't even ping to the server the check whether it is still online.
Signal strenght is stable and over average everywhere.
Everything worked fine until a few weeks ago. Problem started on all devices at the same time. Physically nothing happened to the devices, the weren't moved, the antennes weren't changed etc...
They all have the same signal strenght, one out of the 11 is still doing ok, the others are slow as ... It is almost impossible to teamview them.Is there a setting that can cause this 'slowlyness'? When a use my phone as hotspot next to a device and I connect my laptop to it it goes really fast, same provider.
I tried to send a testfile (around 20MB) with the pc that is connected to one of the routers using Wetransfer and it took me 4 (!) hours.

Thanks for the help

Hello,

If all the devices were affected at the same time, seems can be some issue related to your operator, or our RMS.

I'll ask to our R&D if it can be related to our RMS to discard, but for now they're off the office, so probably tomorrow we can have a response from them.

Please ask to your operator to know if all is working well from operator side.

Regards.
