hello.

since some weeks my teltonika rut950 loses mobile connection several times a day - it seems that the router reboots automatically?!? before it worked for 2 years without any problem.

I updated firmware to RUT9XX_R_00.06.07.3  - no improvement

Sometimes I think that the connection gets lost/the router reboots immeaditely after I try to access internet with a device (it does not matter wich device?!)

trouble-file can be found here: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1gxRR-v3C9TQkBcJhJnUzZkwmVOfoG2NT/view?usp=sharing

backup-file can be found here: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1jJJyWaa0JJCjcKuAPzdCBWoUOhUaPuQ_/view?usp=sharing

any ideas?

thank you!

Hi,

Did you found soulution for this problem.

Looks like I have same issue with my rut950.

Every time I put some "heavier" load on internet mobile connection reconnects.

When I connect remotely to check my cameras around the house, it restart connection.

When I log into webUI via RMS and checking the mobile connection logs it also restart connection.

It worked fine for 2 years now...

Rebooting the unit solves the issue for a while....maybe few hours, then it happens again

Thanks

Hi,

I couldn't see that periodic reboot or auto reboot would be enabled in your config of the backup, but still please check if that could be the issue.

If not, try these options below:

  • Reset your router to default factory settings.
  • Check if your RUT950 is intact and wasn't dropped or anything, which could cause PCB to be damaged inside.
  • Check the power source, maybe the power supply isn't dealing well enough and needs to be changed.

Have you bought it directly from us or from a reseller?
