I have a device that I would like to register to RMS.

The "Submit" button doesn't seem to do anything. It has the same (lack of) result whether I put in a valid or non valid serial number and MAC address.

I have tried to load a CSV but it gives an error that the MAC is already registered, except the router has never been registered to RMS before.
Edit: I also tried on the mobile app, it says that the MAC is also already registered.

Hi,

If some buttons don't work for you - please try another browser or clearing the cache of your current one.

Regarding "Already registered" issue, please private message me with serial number and MAC of the device, I will unregister it from the system so you can register.
