We do not provide bootloader files anymore. Could you please explain what happened before you got your device into such a state?
What I could suggest is trying uploading your firmware through the bootloader menu again and flashing it again. If this doesn't help - the best way to deal with this would be returning the device to the reseller for RMA procedure.
