I have a RUT955 with

FW ver.: RUT9XX_R_00.06.07.4

I can’t get a stable Verizon connection  the router disconnects every couple minutes and gets a new IP address and also stops traffic    which disrupts usage

I tried lots of different settings but nothing works

Hello,

For the issue, you are having could you send me a copy of the troubleshoot file of the said device. 

Kindly turn the device on for 5-10 mins make sure it is connected to the Verizon network then after that, you can download the troubleshoot file in 
System > Administration > Troubleshoot

Hello,

You can send a troubleshoot file by sending it to me via private message. To do that you will need to create a Crowd support forum account, log in and press on my nickname in this thread, then you will see a big green button in my profile that says - Private Message.
