In the past, we have already purchased about 1 dozen RUTX routers via our distributor Allnet in Germany. To date without any problems. We also never had any problems registering the devices in the RMS portal. Now, the latest device always reports that it is already registered, although it was delivered in its original packaging! We tried many times to reset the device and delete it from our rms-account. It is the RUTX10 device with the serial number 1106224202 . Please fix it quickly, because the device is already urgently needed by a customer ! Thanks in advance, Leo   (we can send you an screenshot, if you need it)

Hello,

I checked this device in the RMS system and completely removed it. Please try to add it again and let me know of the results. Also, make sure you are using the correct LAN MAC address while adding it into the RMS.
