I'm able to connect and send data from my computer(MQTT.fx) to azure using a rut240.

But im not able to receive any messages. when i try with the deivce explorer twin to send a message to my device i got an message feedback status "rejected"

Hello.

To make sure the connection is rejected not on the RUT240 side you can temporarily disable the firewall as described here and check your Azure connection settings as described in this article.

the Azure connection work if i want to send a message its working.
