Question

I can connect to OpenVPN from Outside. Its works fine om the same network, so the open vpn server is up and running. So it must be something with portforwarding and firewall. Can somebody tell me the correct setting.

Could you share a topology with proper addressing details for me to understand how is everything connected and what are you trying to achieve?
Also, may I know what type of IP address you are using on the server-side?

I need to know the whole details to assist you accordingly.

So I have two simcards, and I switched over to the second one, and tested the VPN and it worked. And then I switched over to the fist one and it worked too. So I think it just needed a reboot. So my initial configuration with portforward worked.
