Hi,
First of all, to avoid any issues that we didn't plan - reset your router (Hold the reset button in the back of your router for 5 seconds or until all 5 LED signal indicators light up, and release the reset button). Now wait till the router resets, it should be unresponsive for a few minutes, but when it's back router's login screen should be available.
When you're on the login screen - please check this first start page that we have, it should give you a good idea of how to start with your device:

When you're done logging in and you don't have a connection:
1. Check if your SIM is inserted and your antennas are screwed in tightly.
2. Check what it says on the widget on the router's main page. Is it connected? or Disconnected? What's the "state"?
3. Have you set-up APN? Go to Network > Mobile and there you'll see a field where you can change or write in your custom APN. If your operator gave you a custom one - I really recommend filling it out with your custom APN.
4. Check your firmware. It is really important to keep your device up to date, so please do check the version of the firmware that your router is running now on and update it if it's lower than the latest one:

5. Your smartphone might be not connecting to 192.168.1.1 because you haven't connected to WiFi yet. Go to Network > Wireless to configure your device and so you could connect with your phone.
Please, if you got any questions, try to look for the answers here first:
