ii do not find any description how to read Analog input trought Json, POST& GET or trought SSH commands. GPIO.SH does not have any variabile with Analog input PINS.

Could you advice how to read this Anaog input pins, excluding MODBUS protocol.

You can use the analog_calc command to read the Analog Input value.

You can control Outputs via POST/GET: https://wiki.teltonika.lt/index.php?title=Input/Output#Post.2FGet_Configuration
