Hi, the router was working for half a year. Since a month the connection is down. I checked Router with different SIM, it worked. I checked the present SIM in Smartphone, it worked. Can it be that there is a compatibility issue between SIM (provider is Digital Republic from Switzerland) and Router? FW ist most recent (FW ver.: RUT9XX_R_00.06.07.4).

Hi,

Could you please check if you have set-up Custom APN? Go to Network > Mobile and see if Auto APN is switched off and you have entered custom one into the field. Custom APN should be provided by your operator or it could be found in their website, possibly next to the plan you're using.

Yes I have, it didn't worked either.

Another thing to try would be calling the operator and asking if the IMEI of the device is activated in their system. Might be that it needs additional registration.

Also, please check if your product code is regionally correct according to your operator's service location.
