[TRB140] RMS status is always connecting at bootup

I have two TRB140 with firmware TRB1_R_00.02.06.

I have configured them to connect to the RMS management system. This works very well if I click manually on the connect button on the cloud solutions page. However, after a reboot, the device doesn't directly initiate a connection automatically and remains stuck with the status "connecting" forever.

Hello,

Is this happening with all your TRB140 devices, or just a specific device?

Either way, could you please send me a private message with your device serial number? We would look further into this issue.
