Hello,

Good Day,

May i know if you are using both of the SMA Mobile antennas provided .

It is highly recommended to use both the Mobile antennas.

What FW are you currently using ?

Latest could be downloaded here. Please use the latest one.

What mobile signals strength device is receiving ?

Recommendations for the best could be seen here .

Try to place a device where it could get the best signals.

Signals could be seen in device WEBUI .

Status>Network>Mobile

Thank you.

Regards,

Ahmed

I am using an external Poynting A-XPOL-0001 Aerial

I have just upgraded to RUT2XX_R_00.01.13.2

Signal Strength -61 dBm

RSRP -89dBm

RSRQ -8db

SINR 16.9db

What should the APN Settings be for EE Custom or EE Internet (everywhere) if custom what are the UK settings please

Hello,

In the events part you shared it could be seen that your sim card is sometimes getting may be a wrong IP address that is 100.xx.xx.xx and its a public IP. In the last event it is assigned a 10.xx.xx.xx IP address that means internet should work fine here as it has good signal strength .

Are you using both the mobile antennas?

For the customer APN you just need to uncheck the Auto APN and the customer/correct APN will itself come in the field and you can simply save on the settings and try if it helps.

Thank you.
