Good morning, In an installation we want to have an uninterrupted connection to the internet, if we connect to the internet from the WAN port and also place a 4G SIM card, will we have internet as long as any of the connections are active?
Could we use the RUT240 model?
Thank you

Hi,

Yes, if you'll have a Wired WAN and a SIM card inserted in your router and both set as one active and another one as failover - you will have internet that switches on lost connection to the other active interface.

And yes, RUT240 does have this functionality.

More information about it you can find here: https://wiki.teltonika-networks.com/view/RUT240_WAN#Operation_Modes
