In RMS, how do you move/reassign an existing user in one company to another?

It is not possible for users to move other existing users between companies without re-registering. If you do wish to do so, please send me a private message with more details of what you wish to do.

hi,
As previous reply is 1 year old, can you please confirm it is still not possible to move a device from one company to a sub or parent company ?
Only available solution is to remove / register the device ?

In the same way, is it possible to update user rights by moving user from sub-company to a parent company for example ?
Or do we need to delete/recreate the user ?
