Is it possible to get a RUT850 to do vehicle tracking to something like GpsGate? It isn't on the GpsGate list of supported devices but there is at least one guide around about using the RUT850/GpsGate combination.

Hello,

You can get RUT850 GPS coordinates in GPSGate even tough there are only RUT955 in listed devices. When adding RUT850 to GPSGate simple select RUT955 from device list.

Do you know if the RUT850 stores GPS data when it isn't connected to a mobile network? Or does it only send the data when it is online? In my application the vehicle will spend significant periods of time away from a mobile network - it would be great to be able to see where it went (even if it wasn't live)
