Hello.

 I recent purchase a RUT240 router and work fine in 29 days. in first attempt i forgot enable RMS and SMS features, so i go to my customer and i setting de router again. In this case i change SIM card with a new 'movistar' 100GB Plan , a setting PIN PUK values y enable RMS and SMS and i put my cell phone number, i saved config and  the connection is stablished , i verified the dump sensor data from the PC connected to RUT240, then i verified the RMS and everything is OK and Online and device signal is "excellent'

  So, in the next day at 10:50 AM, i lost connection again, the connection only persist about 24 hours.

- the router don't reboot with my SMS messages.

- i don't have phisical access to the router.

We promised our client a high availability platform, how is it possible that the connection only lasts 24 hours?
