Before attempting to use RMS Connect to access your device remotely, please make sure:
- The end device is reachable from your RMS-connected Teltonika device.
- Your end device used web interface protocol and port (in your case HTTP and 80 respectively) matches the ones you have set in RMS.
If you still cannot connect, please send me a private message with extra information about what device you are trying to access, and I will attempt you help you with this issue.
