I buy a Rut850 on Amazon in France.

And I m very surprise my Rut 850 have not the GPS !!!

Only two connector for 4g Lte

Serial number : 1108533515

can you help me ?

Hello,

I am very surprised about that too because all our RUT850 devices have three antenna connectors. Two for Mobile and one for GNSS. Could you provide a link to direct us where you have bought it?

You should contact them to return the device. The image listed on the seller page indicates three antennas and you got the wrong device (maybe the antenna connector is broken or there is no indication on the box for the GNSS antenna connector at all)?

I had the same exact experience with Amazon here in Italy. I bought a used (amazon warehouse) device, and it has just 2 LTE connector. The picture and description refer to the standard product. I've contacted customer service and they offered me to return the product or a small discount. I went for the latter
