After SIM-card changing and network establishing (with DHCP) the DNS query from our device left unanswered if our device was locally provided with our own DNS list of primary 8.8.8.8 and alternative DNS 8.8.4.4. Moreover it seemed RUT had not allowed all connections even without host resolve (with the bare IP) until we included the RUT240 IP to the DNS servers list.  Is it mandatory to have RUT240 IP as one of DNS server? Is there a possibility to change such behavior?

Hello,

Please try to use the DNS server manually , may be the 2nd sim card is using any certain DNS server otherwise normally it should work automatically as it worked on your 1st sim card but if its not working it is recommended to apply it manually here

Also it is recommended to upgrade your device to the latest firmware

Thank you.

Regards,

Ahmed
