Hi,

Just received my RUTX09 today. Basic setup was a breeze, looks all very niceyes!

Now to my problem.  I started up the OpenVPN server, created the certs etc. All good, service starts (green). But when I add a client (fill in the details) the moment I click apply/save: box goes black. Normal reboot doesn't work, profile restart (5-10 secs) doesn't work. Only a factory reset brings the box back to live frown.

Running the latest version RUTX_R_00.02.06

Thanks!

// Update 1

I followed this manual: https://community.teltonika-networks.com/?qa=blob&qa_blobid=13184931711830019916

Steps to reproduce:

1. factory reset on FW RUTX_R_00.02.06, Basic mode, Network is 192.168.2.0 (RUT = 192.168.2.1)

2. LTE up & running, RMS disabled

3. Add  OpenVPN service, but keep it disabled. Certs are created with easyrsa

4. Add TLS client

5. Enable server and click Save & Apply

Result:

- No more access via browser/ssh

- No reply from ping

- After Reboot, LTE led's come on (signal acquired). But unable to access via browser/ssh. PING timesout.

Tested with Safari (14.0.2)  on Big Sur (11.1)

If you create the service, but keep it disabled. You can add the client. The moment you enable it, it all stops working.

Hi,

Could you give more information about this black box? Give us some screenshots and other specifics about what computer specs and apps you're using (this is not a usual case and if it's reproducible easily as you say - an immediate fix would be required from RnD).

So please give us as much information about this potential bug as possible.

EB.
